This abstract painting is painted just from two circles and this is how it came when i finished it.no frame yet.

I painted these tulips coz i have green curtains which are match to this painting to the next season when the tulips will be in bloom.

Hello friends and crafters

It's been a long time since the last time i posted in my blog for so many reasons ,first and foremost is somebody trying to hack my account and it took me time to recover it.Second reason. I was so annoyed with some people making comments on my blog which are out of the topic ,some posting their pornwebsites link and some are just posting their advertisements that was not related to my blog topic.Technically , i am not so well-versed on the security settings and so what I did is just took a pause till I feel better and some inspirations cropping in my mind.

To all crafting blogs which i followed..i was still visiting your blogs as guest to keep me updates in the crafting world online.I made some crafts , cards and paintings in acrylic which i enjoyed very much tho i am not the expert.Painting is one way of expressing my thoughts and feelings which I cannot express in words.It makes me feel good physically , mentally and emotionally.

Just keep on visiting guys ..i am going to post some of my crafts ,jewelleries, cards and paintings soon.

The Colors

The photo was taken during the anniversary of our province in the Philippines. I am sharing this photo because of its colors which are alive ,energetic and playful. This emphasizes that the colors play an important role in a dance or theme or in an occasion. My deep appreciation to the designers of the costumes , scenery and choreography. It gives me inspirations with my palette in creating some arts and crafts to be publish here soon.

I am back to track ...sorry for being silent these few months..i had probs with
my blog account...somebody tried to hack and it ruined my account...but am happy
i retrieved my account successfully and for now I will share some tips to
fresh up your jewelleries.

The Don'ts
Don’t wear your jewelleries when doing the laundry.
Don't store your jewelleries together where it can be scratched or become tangled.
Don't wear your jewelleries while doing cleaning with chemicals or doing heavy lifting.
Don't wear your jewelleries when going from one extreme temperature to another.
The Dos
Do visit your jewellers every 1-2 years to make sure the settings are secure.
Do put your jewelleries on after you've applied your body lotions, hair spray and cosmetics.
Do see your local jeweller for advice/repair but watch him/her

Last month we had a craft swap among crafters in Crafts Beautiful forum and I received these beautiful necklace and bracelet from Maggie Jones in England which are
my fav colors as I am amethyst with the sign pisces..february of course. This necklace has a lot of inspirations though it's simply made but i find it interesting so I decided to make a card with the inspiration taken from the jewelleries i've got.
This card is for a girl , my workmate's daughter who will be celebrating her 16th birthday next month, so with touch of violets , embellished with pearls and ribbons and the glamorous birthday card is made. Before I forget...my sincere thanks to SS Maggie Jones...i love them very much..hope craftycharl likes mine too i'm her SS.

I am making this card for the Polka Doodle Blog Hop with theme "give thanks" with
the free download from Nikky.My card is as simple as giving thanks to all the blessings we received and the emphasis here are the words"give thanks" in 3D effect and of which I colored it with water color to give happy mood in contrast with the tiger brownish pattern paper background which i forgot the brand.As for my embellishments i used glitters,sequins and flower gems.

Closet Labels at Work Station

Hello readers, crafters and my followers

Here are some of my paper crafts I been making for our dressing room closet at work.On the left row I made 35 pieces shoes and for the right row are 35 umbrellas.
I used stock cards and patterned papers and flowers for embellishments for my shoes and the umbrellas I used die cut glancing flowers, butties and leaves for the edges. On top of it are prima flowers with pearls and bling2.I made this for a whole-day paid day off from my work. Isn't it amazing to have crafty hands and fantaciful artistic ideas ? this idea can be an example of making money at home.

Cards, cards for everybody

These are the 3 cards out of my 40 christmas cards I made this week...time flies
so quickly..i have to finish them before deadlines..some of my fbook scheds are cancelled hahaha..well I can't imagine where did I get those designs..and how i manage it to finish i 3 nights.. well if i started to sit down in my crafting table..it just only that ideas came out automatically and sometimes left them unfinished took a break...watched TV and later back again to crafting table and start cutting, inking and pasting...of course on the way..there are lots of delimmas like...double tapes clinging to the scissors,,burning sensation of hot glue guns..silver dusts everywhere..looking for something which could not be find.huhuhu but most of the time it's fun, enjoyable seeing beautiful finished cards ..with heart's contentment and hopefully for those who ordered ..they will have the same judgement as mine...thanks for reading this boring post of mine...hope not...see you next time..

Sir Stampalot Nov Challenge-Christmas Traditions

Hello everyone
..it's November, it's cold and it's time for a challenge at Sir Stampalot with the theme " Christmas traditions"..ohhhh i love the theme and this will be my first time to be in the Stampalot Cha..fingers cross....who knows...this time I am using Woody Craft Collection punches,Dovecraft pigment ink.

Let's talk about my card entry..the base is a white stock card with light green ink and on top of it is a Papermania paper with printed gifts on it,which i think a good idea for christmas is gifts giving season to loved ones and usually gifts are placed under or besides the christmas tree.ohhhh let's continue, my green tree is a welled paper which I pasted on top of a die cut white oval card with a bluish ink on the edge.I embellished my tree with punched out snowflakes from my small bits of paper before thrashing them out and on top of them are multi-colored glittering snowflake sequins and finally my text as the foot of my tree.

Maybe some of you wonder why I choose "christmas tree" ..it's because in my country, Philippines, we start putting up christmas trees around the first week of December so people will enjoy seeing them.. but in Sweden, they cut pine trees and embellished it on the 23rd or 24th of December ready for christmas eve.

Recycled Pendant

I recycled this beautiful and glamorous necklace from broken clutch bag chain and
a broken brooch ...I can't throw these stuffs away coz they are in good condition and not faded though i am not so sure if the chain is genuine gold or not, while the brooch has cultured white pearls and swarovs ruby glass beads..I just made some adjustments/polishing at the back of the brooch to make it nice to look at besides
it is not hurting to the skin.

This piece can be wear in formal occasion or at office work where you should look presentable and formal.

Don't throw stuffs..use your fantacy and creativity...and save the environment..

Hi everyone

Just recently I came across a competition in the internet which is fun to
play with. I decided to make a christmas card for it is already september and this
is the right month for me to start making cards for the christmas season.

The card is made of stockcard of course with Christmas serie DCWV paper from PY Hobby in Sweden. I used red felt swirls with leaves and wine red bow to compliment my text
"God Jul och Gott Nytt År" means in english "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year".
To add more christmassy spirit - i add glittering gold stars..how simple isn't it?

This simple flowery welcome card was created for a former classmate who came to visit me. As you can see the orange stockcard gives a summer feeling with it's multilayered and multi colored flower power and a cuty butty on top.By the way ,I used Big Shot die cutting machine with it's dies for these flowers; the yellow flower on top is a hand decorated by me. BS machine makes our crafts so pretty, clean and artistic looking..crafters do you agree with me? shhh.. no need to answer me now..but sorry guys my piccy is not so clear..cam was not so good...

Fabric Jeans bag

Hi everyone

It's a sunny day today but the autumn wind is ezzing now and then..and the leaves are flying to different directions...well no matter what I sew a fabric jeans bag embellish with flowery cat with flowers on it's tail..you know what? I used my Big shot flower dies to cut the different sizes of flowers and sew them on top of the other from the biggest up to the smallest and om top is a matching red button. A red bow is added at the back of my cat to match with the button..The inside of the bag has a fabric lining and a pocket too.

I crafting , crafter uses different gadgets , ideas and inspirations. In this cuff I get an inspiration from embroidery method of placing the beads combine with african ideas of jewellery making.First I have to visualize how it looks like and do some tracings and with the beading needle, different colors and sizes of beads plus my fantacy, the result is a cool beaded cuff..what do you think? please say something...

Hey dear readers and followers

It's been for awhile that I have no post and my tradera auction site is empty.The reasons are I don't have a good digital camera anymore, hope somebody, somewhere and somehow will send me their extra unused digital camera whewwwwwwwww...Now I realize that in this endeavor digital camera play a very important role. Another reason is I am allergic to metal, nickel so I am minimizing to use tools/materials in metals and with nickel, means I can hold only plastic tools which is rediculous for it is not strong enough to cut or punch or whatever.I wrapped my scissors's handles with ribbons so that I can use my pair of scissors.

For this post I will share to all my duct tape manniquen with my simple gown.
The size of my gown is small(34/36) and the fabric is stretchable.If interested just give me a signal by making comment on this post.Very affordable with matching jewelleries as bonus.

Graduation ceremonies are fast approaching here in Sweden. Students wear just any white dress with their caps on during the graduation ceremony which will be held in
the church while the parents and other relatives, friends and the viewers wait at the plaza. The graduates then walk down the plaza to their enthusiastic parents, siblings and friends with their garlands, corsages and gifts. What amazed me is that
parents carry a big placard with the babyphoto of their graduate. The placard is decorated with flowers, ribbons and toys.

After the graduation ceremony , the graduation ball follows where the graduates dress up glamorously and my handmade headpieces are on demand to match with their

Good day everyone..
it's a fine 1st day of may , the sun rises and the trees äre greener and some of the flowers are in full bloom with it's dazzling colors. Today i am inspire to post these tags I made..it's a little special in the sense that I used ribbons, lace and yarns as edging, to add more character. I drew and painted a rooster as my topper, the second has yellow birdies with a 3D butties and the third has a brown teddy with heart and flower.These tags can be used for baggage, travelling bags and gifts.

Spring flowers in bloom

It's sunny day today and it's a perfect day working outside with the garden.
I am busy with my scrapbook album for a baby boy in the neighborhood. It is a gift for his coming birthday. I will post it here soon , but for the mean time just enjoy looking at the photos of flowers in my garden which are so sweet during springtime. They are called crocus flowers..in swedish "krokus blommor".

was so busy yesterday (monday in sweden) checking payments, packing and sending packages and mailing eposts to the highest bidder--it's typical ebay activities.
well I made my entry in this particular challenge last saturday after i had peek last friday , but my camera was not friendly with me and kept me yawning..this is just one of the pros and cons in crafting.

MMSC#40 Entry at Priscillastyles Challenge

Hi everyone ,Priscilla and DTs

It's monday again and it's MMSC challenge day..hmm the first sketch is a little bit
complicated to interpret and the second one is easy to grasp but thanks to the sneak peak and i was able to make my entry which is a little of the first sketch and a little of the second sketch, well anyways it is said ..it can be in between so my entry today is in between of the two sketches.

As to my card , it is not my usual color but just going with the flow..green for the spring. well, i stitches my green pattern paper with black thread and i used black card stock on top of the pattern paper and a green paper under my image ,this image I won from in2stamps and pasted a black ribbon horizontally , my embellishments are shocking green bow and green flowers , green gem and swirls glitters..no sentiment at this time ...

well, time flies so fast, it's 2nd of february and thanks for the sneak peek i was able to make my MMSC#39 card entry with much time. My card back is a simple white corrugated card and instead of patterned paper I used somewhat gray net darkened with a black stamping ink and my heart is a wellpap with white ricrac edge,pasted three white flowers and on top are heart formed beads.I almost forgot I used ribbon called"follow me".

hi good day everyone

Today I am so bless coz my 3 stamps prizes from In2stampsBaby collection has arrived and it is perfect for my MMSC#37 entry..i am a little bit run out of time ..wasnt able to make my entry earlier to priscillas and het DTs MMSC#37 but anyways i am posting it here. The card itself is a combination of pinks and violets. I chose the one with swirls which my pattern paper has already swirls and what I did was embellished it with pink glitter glue and stone and for my image is from In2stamps with title caterpilar kiss. I think it is perfect for this challenge.

Today is not my card making day..i am making jewelleries for my tradera (swedish ebay). When I started to open my emails and blog , there goes the MMSC#36 Sketch which I can't leave without making it, there is some feeling of guilt when I cannot make the sketch right now, right there ..should i say, strike the iron while still hot.

My card is a valentine theme which has the red crocheted heart with silver gems on,parchment paper with heart, red roses and burgundy ribbon.The card stock itself

Raspberry Suite #21 Color Challenge

Today as i am visiting blogsites ,i landed in My favorite things blog of Dawn McVey. As I strolled up and down the Suite #21 Color Challenge keep me stay and read the
rules and requirements of the challenge.The author of this challenge is very
open minded and let the crafters create and design any craft and the colors can be adjusted as nearly shades on the colors specified.
Well, i created a card with choco background and cream patterned paper.My images
are beatrix potter and for the embellishments i used heartshaped buttons in peach, blue and soft yellow threaded them together. furthermore a textile lacy ribbon in aqua blue n white with bizzy text "with love".

My Entry at Color Play

Working with colors in card making is a lot of fun, sometimes the color combo is
not so common but as we go along with the project, the result is perfectly good.
This is my first play in Moxie Fab World and hope i got it right what is being
asked for..This card is intended for my workmate whose dog had won the contest and
i am sure she will be happy with this card and the same time it's my entry for
the color play at moxie's.

Hi everyone and to Prisci and DTs

First I would greet you all Happy Three Kings and here i'm back to track of
card making and following your sketch challenges as much as possible as I can..
sometimes time passes so quick and forgot the deadlines..

well ,my entry card today has a back plain beige card which i doodled on it's edges then pasted a patterned paper in dark and light pink dragon design then i pasted a light yellow paper cutted with pinking scissor on just one side to give some highlights and on top of it ,is another pinky patterned paper and on top of it is a lighter yellow card with a hello kitty die , so tucking some paper ribbons and my card is complete.

i really enjoy making this card in accordance with your sketch..thank you for this challenge.

Hello everybody!

sorry i was so busy with my tradera (swedish ebay)business these days..you know
take the opportunity of the christmas season..phototaking, posting, packing and sending to my valuable bidders besides updating and following every now and then as to who is the highest bidder.by the way i was then a member of tradera since 2006.
and busy too with crafts beautiful forum like card , jewellery and other crafts making challenges.
besides christmas and new years eve gatherings with friends and relatives..it needs time to prepare ,plan about food, gifts and decorations..
hope that 2010 will be of economic resources and crafts challenges and projects.

Five Lengths necklace

I made this necklace for Make Jewellery Mags # 8 Challenge. This necklace
has five strands of different shades and sizes of pinks
n fuschias beads and pearls.I used the silk pink ribbons to tie at
the back of the neck so the wearer can adjust the length of the
necklace according to her likes and style of her dress.

Stockcard bags/pouches for gifts

Today is friday and i've got a request from a friend to make these gifthandbags in different sizes and colors , the same with the pouches. It's gonna be a long Saturday of crafting. As you have notice on the photos that i am not using the typical christmas gift wrapping papers. I modify a little by using the amy butler designed paper to break the monotony and embellish them with a touch of christmassy with the bows and christmas trees.So there it goes my crafting day tomorrow.Hope my friends will be happy the result of my giftbags. Crafting is a work of art and my art mood varies
every tick of the clock, once I got a mistake , it ruins my mood and i need to break for a moment, watch martha stewart show, read Crafts Beautiful and Let's Make Cards mags to feed me some inspirations , go for a walk and then back to crafting.How about you guys?, it seems that all of you are very active and full of energy.Thank you for your time.

Today i am so busy preparing my christmas cards to be posted to Stockholm and Dalarna. I've got order from my friends who lives there, and after that I made my
entry to Susie's Sassy challenge with the theme pink and sparkly.For my background of the flowers I used rollerstamp and for embellishments, I used light pink and fuscha pink prima flowers , pink sequin flowers and the text is from hello kitty and for the sparkle is Silver dust blended with fine pink dust.By the way the hello kitty package was my prize from Scotland crafter.

This is a circular card for I am planning to hang many
cards like this one in my christmas tree.It made up of used CD
and covered with DCWV pattern papers embellished with felth in

This is the card i made for Jaimie to give her hope for life and justice.

"On October 4th, 4 teenagers armed with knives broke into a home in a small town in New Hampshire. Alone and sleeping inside were a mother and her 11 year old daughter. These 4 boys broke into this home with the intent to rob and kill anyone inside. They stabbed the mom, Kimberly Cates, to death and left her daughter, Jaimie, for dead in their driveway. It was a completely random act, their home was chosen only due to its secluded surroundings."

Our hope is that everyone hopping around today will stop for a moment and think about Jaimie and her father and what life must be like for them now. One moment in time has changed their lives forever. We are asking that everyone reading this message please take a moment to make a card and send it off to Jaimie. You can make something very simple or much more involved, but please share some words of hope and love and let her know that people do care and want the best for her. Viruses hit my computer

hello everyone

So sorry for not posting any new post in my blog..my computer was hit by viruses and it took days to clean , re install updated programs which i need to learn them . Some of the updated programs are different from the old ones.Anyway, here I am again back to my track of blogging about my arts and crafts.While waiting for my computer , i was busy making some crafts and moulding some fimo clays for the upcoming challenges at the Craft Beautiful Forum like the Tpaper rolls craft challenge, 5 male cards, Let's Make Card , Let's Get Crafting, Victoriana Jewellery Challenge, Halloween Craft Challenge and many others.Last but not the least I was hooked up of sewing bags when I saw Emma Ward's bag at the CB Magazine.It's hard to stop sewing.Sometimes I forgot the time but it's worth sleeping after seeing the result.

Good day everyone!

August month is the best time to plan on crafts which are innovative and
inviting in the market..well , well I am into recycling ..like making used of our old floppy disc or disketts which are not in trend nowadays..I am making
some hang decors or unique way of greeting someone. Another is ,i am making
used of old uncomplete puzzles into a christmas wreath or jewelleries. Another
is the old CDs which are not in used, I am making used of them for hang,wall, christmas tree decorations or to greet someone for a special day like birhtdays,
anniversaries, wedding and just saying hello.Before I forget, old buttons which
I used to embellish greeting cards , fabric bags and some interior decors.

Guys , look around in your basements, garage , wardrobe, cabinets , there maybe
some treasures that are long forgotten ,why not recycle , recycle them and save our earth and the people.

If you don't have the time to recycle , please send them to me and I will sell my
finished recycled crafts for the poor children in my community who needed some
papers and pencils in the school.As of now I am supporting poor children in my
community.

Hope you gain something from this blog of mine.Thanks for your time.

It was a surprise when I've got a package from UK after two weeks of no internet connection. I had no idea on what's going on with the CB Forum until I read my
private messages and one from 2belle, my forum mate informing me of the prize she
posted as she was the moderator of the said competition. One day after, the package arrived and I was so happy , I could not believe to my eyes ,several yummy goodies
for card making from patterned papers,card stocks, stickers , die cuts, etc.It means that I have to make use of them for that is my passion, crafting, crafting an endless
crafting and it's inspiring when some people got an eye on your crafts and send some
positive and challenging comments.

My heartfelt thanks to 2belle (Isabelle), my forum friends and Crafts Beautiful team for giving us some ideas and free downloads and kits with the magazines.

Change of Location

hi readers and fellow crafters..so sorry for being silent for a couple of weeks. I moved to another location and it was horrible , no telephone, no tv, no internet for
two weeks.The planned plan was not working due to some reasons from the different companies involved. My life for two weeks was like a cave man but on the other
hand it was fine, no calls , no emails to read and no tv programs to follow.

but now i am back to the track of blogging about my crafts...crafting
is never ending ..i will posts photos soon.

Last 25 Apr´2009 I posted this blog and got the reactions from the readers..

Environmental Consciousness In crafting , there are a lot to do with saving the environmental beauty through recycling some materials and avoid buying plastics if possible. Don't throw your unused, unwanted things which are sleeping with dusts and tiny creatures in the basement. Offer, give, barter them to somebody out there in the neighborhood, charity institutions, non-government organizations and private
persons who needed them most.

Another alternative is redesign them , do some make-overs and re-color them with something cool and embellish according to your taste and style like bling2,buttons, laces , crocheted and filted flowers and ribbons.

A couple of months ago I did a huge clearout, lots of things went to charity, some were given away, but hardly anything thrown away, and alot in the recycling bin! I don't like to throw things away, had a small tin that had biscuits in, hubby wanted to throw it away, nooooo I can use it to put buttons, ribbon, anything in!! Very useful, tins! And boxes, etc.....

i have just had a mega clearout of old duvets and clothes etc and was about to take them to my local charity shop, (even though last time i went in there with some stuff they turned up their noses and said they didn't need any of my stuff!!!)
anyhow i was about to visit the charity shop when my daughter came home with a bag that was sent home from school, apparently there is a company that pays schools to collect clothes and beding and curtains, which is then re-used
they were paying £200 a ton so i sent all my stuff to school instead, an excellent way of recycling and helping the school funds at the same time, and a happy husband to boot....can't be bad:-)

I have a few old biscuit tins from last couple of christmas and even though I'm not using them for anything I kept this years tins too, well you never know what they may come in handy for, or I may take up baking again which what I originally saved them for. Sounds like people in your charity shop are a bit snotty bexkir, daughters school sounds a much better recipient of your things. I need to have a major clearout of allsorts of things, I keep having mini ones but need a major one.

Train/Bus Card Trauma

Sorry guys my blog today is not about crafting but it involved me..the story goes this way...

In Sweden if a person wont drive car, it is practical to buy a 30-day period train/bus card with four zones, etc. My card worked well for the first two months, no hassles. During the third month, it was a surprised for me , it worked only one-week ,then the driver changed it with new one. It worked from the first zone to the fourth zone. The driver gave me an explanation that my card was demagnetized, so that was it. Another week began , and to my surprised, the card was not working again, so as usual the driver looked my card and receipt. so he has to change it with new one, then and there it worked. When I arrived home I told my experiences about this embarrassing card , embarrassing because it took minutes to talk with the driver and passengers waiting in a long column. The third week came , the same routine ,the driver has to change my card with a new one. I asked him what are the possible causes of card demagnetization, he answered me not to put my card together with cell phone. I replied to him, "I see ,don't know that". I tried to arrange my things in my new bag during the weekend. The fourth week came ,and hallelujah! my card worked the whole week. My friends , classmates and family members had a conclusion that the cause of demagnetization was my bag which has a magnet lock, not the cell phone. I don't know exactly the causes and it keeps bothering me , and if anybody out there can explain me, you are most welcome. Thank you.

the story of Lorna Doone...that's why it's my

Taking photos of crafts

Photo quality is important as to presentation of our crafts according to my own experiences in this world of crafting online and offline. Even if our make is beautiful , pretty and nice to our naked eyes but then in the photos are not as good as in real. My tips are as follows:

1. good quality camera
2. nice background (contrast to your craft's color)
3. right angle with enough lights
4. patient enough to change from time to time
till a good photo result (trial and error method)
5. good mood , think harmonic
6. have enough time..beware of rush photos
These are the points I can think of today, maybe I can make some additions later. please feed back...

Scrapping methods before

When I was in my elementary grades in the Maasin City, Philippines.I made scrapbooks with the used of old magazines, newspapers, old books, old cards or something scraps I should say. The only tool I had was a pair of scissors which I can cut different edging styles like zigzag, scallop, lacy and etc.I used a homemade paste from cassava flour, boiled water and a drop of vinegar.The creativity was developed through different style of cutting the papers , designing/painting the papers with the used of crayons and watercolors.With used of my fantasy I used to draw different figures , pressed flowers/leaves , handmade flowers out of candy wrappers for embellishments.I think this is the true scrapbooking, out of scraps , give the scraps a new usage through creativity. My journalizing design which I cant't forget was burning a little on the edges of the paper in different forms and design.

Hello one and all

With all my years of crafting , twenty-four hours a day is not enough .Besides being a working/studying mom , the craft room is craving more time and it seems that time flies unnoticed and still have more ideas and plans for a new creation. Inspiration lead me to do this and that ..right now! for tomorrow is another beautiful day with another fresh ideas of creation sprouting in my mind..
